The enigma of the latest sensational
pre-historic discovery recently made in the Swabian Jura,
Germany, was liftet. It is a 6 centimeter figure of ivory - according
to scientists of the University of Tuebingen it is the oldest human
figure known so far.

North Atlantic Ocean, situated halfway between Iceland and Scotland.

voted overwhelmingly to ban trade in seal products. This vote means
that all three European Union (EU) institutions -- the Commission, the
Council, and the Parliament -- are now in agreement, and seal products will no
longer be placed on the market within the EU!

Massive Fireball Lights Up Sweden Sky!
Video of a massive fireball was captured in Sweden
as stunned residents witnessed night turn into day. Last report was near the southern tip of Sweden near Malmo.
This celestial event occurred at approximately 11 AM Pacific (Jan 17th or 8 PM (Sweden).
911 received a large number of calls frightening many of the area residents.
Astronomer Gunnar Larsson-Leander
from University of Lund says: "Indications suggest that it was a large meteor that entered the atmosphere and burned up.
Även Peter Linde, President of the Astronomical Society Tycho Brahe, has an observatory in Oxie outside Malmö.
He believes it was a meteor. "It is extremely rare for such bright meteors, so it grieves me that I missed this phenomenon.
It happens maybe once every ten years at any given location."
It is yet to be determined if the meteor made impact, or shattered upon entry.
Areas mentioned spread from Southern Sweden to Denmark to Norway.

The Real KGB UFO Files
On October 24th, 1991, documents were provided to former Soviet
cosmonaut Pavel Popovich, the then President of the All-Union
Ufological Association in Russia.
These files contained copies of UFO reports sent to the
infamous KGB.
An accompanying letter was written by the Deputy Chairman
of the Committee for State Security USSR, N.A. Sham.
The files consisted of handwritten reports, typed testimonies,
notes from KGB informers, crude drawings and eyewitness reports
of UFOs. This cooperation between UFO researchers and the KGB
was unprecedented and was a landmark in UFO research in the
Soviet Union and possibly the world.
Sixteen years later we have managed to catch up with
the now former Deputy Commander of the KGB, and
published here for the first time is an interview with the
man himself.

WASHINGTON -- NASA news briefings, live commentary and updates
before and after the scheduled Sunday, May 25 arrival of the
agency's Phoenix Mars Lander will be available on NASA
Television and on the Web.
Entry, descent and landing begins at 4:46 p.m. PDT on May 25,
when the flight team will listen for radio signals indicating
that Phoenix has entered the top of the Martian atmosphere.
The
spacecraft must perform a series of challenging transformations
and activities during the seven minutes after it enters the
atmosphere to slow it from 12,000 mph to 5 mph and a soft
touchdown. The Phoenix team will be watching for radio signals
confirming the landing at 4:53 p.m. More than half of previous
international attempts to land on Mars have been unsuccessful.

It might now be time for Phoenix Lights, Part Two. On Monday
night many residents in the north part of the city saw red
lights. The lights were bright and so far there is no
explanation from authorities on what they were. Several
witnesses have already come forward and said they were stunned
at what they saw.

NASA has obtained new high-resolution
radar maps of the Moon's south pole--a region the space agency is
considering as a landing site when astronauts return to the Moon in
the years ahead.
"We now know the south pole has
peaks as high as Mt. McKinley and crater floors four times deeper than
the Grand Canyon," says Doug Cooke, deputy associate
administrator for the Exploration Systems Mission Directorate at NASA
Headquarters. "These data will be an invaluable tool for advance
planning of lunar missions." There is evidence of frozen water that can be
split into oxygen to breathe and hydrogen to burn as rocket fuel--or astronauts could simply drink it.
There are thought to be tall polar mountains where the sun never sets might be a good place for a solar
power station.

works have surfaced reporting that a disclosure process by the US
government is in the works regarding the existence of Unidentified
Flying Objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrials (ETs). Many articles state
that the public must be conditioned to slowly accept this reality.
Some even say without the right amount of conditioning, the public
would commit mass suicide or civilization would collapse. That fear
appears overstated, but it does seem practical that Americans should
be informed of the facts in a deliberate and intentional way.
